With Gmail.
I. To enable POP in your Gmail account:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.
- Click Forwarding and POP in the orange Mail Settings box(see image).
- Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
- Choose the action you'd like your Gmail messages to take after they are accessed with POP.
- Configure your POP client and click Save Changes.
II. Configuring your email client: Outlook 2003.1. Open Outlook 2003.
2. Click the
Tools menu, and select
E-mail Accounts...

3. Select
Add a new e-mail account, and click
Next.

4. Choose
POP3 as your server type by clicking the radio button, and click
Next

5. Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:

Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages.
Email Address: Enter your full Gmail email address (username@gmail.com) Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.gmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
Login Information
User Name: Enter your Gmail username (including @gmail.com)
Password: Enter your Gmail password

6. Click
More Settings... and then click the
Outgoing Server tab.
7. Check the box next to
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select
Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

8. Click the
Advanced tab, and check the box next to
This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) under
Incoming Server (POP3).

9. Check the box next to
This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) under
Outgoing Server (SMTP), and enter
465 in the
Outgoing server (SMTP) box.
10. Click
OK.
11. Click
Test Account Settings... After receiving
Congratulations! All tests completed successfully, click
Close.
12. Click
Next, and then click
FinishWith Yahoo Mail Free AccountI. Download this software and Install on your computer:- YPop or Main Page
- You don't need config any thing.
- The YPop will config your computer as a mail server, it same these images:


Let the YPop auto load when windows start.
II. Configuring your email client: Outlook 2003.This step same the steps above(for Gmail), but you need change something.
- Select Tools -> Email accounts from the main menu
- Select Add a new email account and click on Next
- Select POP3 as the Server Type. Click Next
- Enter your username and full Yahoo! email address under 'User Information'
- Enter your Yahoo! Login id and password under 'Logon Information'
- Enter '127.0.0.1' as your Incoming Mail Srver
- Enter '127.0.0.1' as the SMTP server as your outgoing mail server
- Click on the More Settings button and select the Advanced tab
- Increase the Server Timeout to 'Long' (10 minutes)
- Select the Outgoing Server tab(Set default port for Incoming and Outgoing)
- Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Click Ok to close the More Settings dialog
- Click Next and then Finish
Note for Yahoo Mail: Some time, it does not work if you use the Yahoo Mail 2.0,
Recommend: use the original Yahoo Mail.
