POP3 With Outlook 2003 Yahoo mail, Gmail

For Window Only.

With Gmail.
I. To enable POP in your Gmail account:

1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.
3. Click Forwarding and POP in the orange Mail Settings box(see image).
   
4. Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
5. Choose the action you'd like your Gmail messages to take after they are accessed with POP.
6. Configure your POP client and click Save Changes.

II. Configuring your email client: Outlook 2003.

1. Open Outlook 2003.
2. Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...
3. Select Add a new e-mail account, and click Next.
4. Choose POP3 as your server type by clicking the radio button, and click Next
5. Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:

9. Check the box next to This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) under Outgoing Server (SMTP), and enter 465 in the Outgoing server (SMTP) box.
10. Click OK.
11. Click Test Account Settings... After receiving Congratulations! All tests completed successfully, click Close.
12. Click Next, and then click Finish

With Yahoo Mail Free Account

I. Download this software and Install on your computer:

• YPop or Main Page
• You don't need config any thing.

II. Configuring your email client: Outlook 2003.

This step same the steps above(for Gmail), but you need change something.

1. Select Tools -> Email accounts from the main menu
2. Select Add a new email account and click o­n Next
3. Select POP3 as the Server Type. Click Next
4. Enter your username and full Yahoo! email address under 'User Information'
5. Enter your Yahoo! Login id and password under 'Logon Information'
6. Enter '127.0.0.1' as your Incoming Mail Srver
7. Enter '127.0.0.1' as the SMTP server as your outgoing mail server
8. Click o­n the More Settings button and select the Advanced tab
9. Increase the Server Timeout to 'Long' (10 minutes)
10. Select the Outgoing Server tab(Set default port for Incoming and Outgoing)
11. Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
12. Click Ok to close the More Settings dialog
13. Click Next and then Finish

Note for Yahoo Mail: Some time, it does not work if you use the Yahoo Mail 2.0,
Recommend: use the original Yahoo Mail.

Automatic destroy Maildomain - Mail tự động hủy

Mail tự động hủy cũng có thể gọi là hộp thư rác. Nó có nghĩa là gì ? Có nghĩa là trên mạng có rất nhiều dịch vụ khi bạn đăng ký (nhằm mục đích: xem thử nó là gì, chỉ vì nó bắt đăng ký trước khi dùng hay vì một mục đích không cần thiết, ...) nó sẽ gửi mail cho mình định kỳ là 1h, 1 ngày hay 1 tuần, ...
Và nếu bạn đăng ký những dịch vụ này bằng mail chính của mình thì bạn sẽ luôn nhận được những lá thư không mong đợi (gọi là thư rác).
Để giải quyết vấn đề đó mình sưu tầm được một số hòm thư, cho phép mình tạo account trên đó mà không cần thực hiện một thủ tục nào.
Cách hoạt động của các hòm thư rác này như sau:
- Bạn vào trang web nào mà nó bắt đăng ký email
- Bạn nhập email vào theo định dạng: ten_ban_chon@domain_mail_ban_chon.
- Để kiểm tra thông tin của mail bạn vào Trang web cung cấp dịch vụ mail rác cho bạn, nhập email ten_ban_chon@domain_mail_ban_chon và nhấn vào nút kiểm tra mail, sau một lúc nó sẽ hiển thị ra một tra chứa mail rác của bạn.

Đây là một số dịch vụ nhận mail rác khá tốt và tiện lợi mà bạn có thể dùng:

http://www.mailexpire.com: mail sẽ tự động xóa trong vòng 12h đến 3 tháng

- Khởi động lại Windows, khởi động lại xong hãy vào Run, đánh tiếp: %systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a
Cửa sổ Active sẽ lại hiện ra nhưng ko phải là bắt chúng ta Active mà là báo cho ta biết Windows is activated.
Vậy là Windows đã có bản quyền rùi đó.
